Qualification and Key Skills Required:

• PhD with relevant experience

  OR

• MTech / ME or equivalent with relevant experience

  OR

• BTech / BE or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with low-voltage DC systems and battery-powered devices.
• Knowledge of UAV components, such as flight controllers, ESCs, and GPS modules, is advantageous.

Job Profile:

Electrical Wiring and Assembly

• Perform precise wiring and electrical assembly of drone components, including motors, sensors, controllers, and batteries.
• Interpret and follow electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawing

Installation and Integration:

• Connect and integrate electrical systems with mechanical and electronic components of the drone.
• Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and adherence to safety standards.

Testing and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct tests on electrical systems to verify functionality and identify potential issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to electrical wiring, connections, or components.

Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and verify the quality of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and test results.

Maintenance and Upgrades:

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical components of drones.
• Assist in implementing upgrades and modifications to improve performance.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide detailed reports on completed tasks, issues encountered, and suggested improvements.
