You will be part of a dynamic start-up based in Bengaluru & Delhi NCR focused on developing next-generation missions and technologies for the Indian defence forces. Your key responsibilities will include project management for the development and delivery of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), involving planning timelines, costs, and schedules using Agile Methodology. You will be responsible for effective communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, schedules, and milestones. Collaborating cross-functionally internally, you will facilitate the removal of barriers and implement processes to enhance productivity and address bottlenecks. Additionally, you will be involved in project planning for mid to large-scale UAS, tracking project progress, and coordinating with stakeholders regularly. Role & responsibilities Create test protocols for extensive testing and maintenance of products and drones, particularly UAVs. Creating test documentation and checklists and maintaining consistency across all tests run. Evaluate the maintenance of drones & prototypes and products during the maintenance, testing & operation phase. Analyses the field test report after every test flight by submitting the detailed MIS report and maintaining them in a record. Quality control and quality assurance of UAVs, prototypes, and products. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of our fleet of drones, ensuring that they are in optimal working condition.
