As a NetSuite Sr. Associate, you will be a key member of the consulting team, specializing in NetSuite implementations. Your role will involve being a subject matter expert, taking responsibility for client delivery, solutioning, and end-to-end implementation. Your key responsibilities will include conducting requirement gathering sessions with clients across all NetSuite modules, documenting requirements, flowcharts, and training documents, configuring environments for client demos and walkthroughs, and leading client discovery sessions on finance topics such as Taxes, Localization, and SuiteTax. You will also be responsible for preparing data for migrations and testing, coordinating with global teams to complete project tasks according to project plans, writing, testing, and executing Use Cases, and conducting UAT/SIT testing scenarios to ensure project expectations are met on time. Your role will require hands-on NetSuite knowledge to configure, unit test, and deploy solutions. You will work as an individual contributor directly with clients and collaborate with teams of Consultants, Developers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers. It is essential to stay updated with new product and technical capabilities from NetSuite and be willing to learn new NS partner solutions. You will oversee client delivery quality on assigned projects and manage tasks within communicated budget and timelines. To be eligible for this role, you should have at least 3 years of functional NetSuite experience, with a background in CA/CPA/M.Com/MBA(Finance), B.E, or MSc Computer Application. It is preferred if you have worked on at least 3 end-to-end full-cycle implementations and hold NetSuite certifications such as SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, Admin, and Financial User. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage task assignments within teams, and drive issue resolution effectively. Great communication skills, proactive communications, and a finance background are preferred, especially experience in leading discovery sessions on the Finance side. Experience in ARM and Multi-Book is desirable, along with administering comprehensive training and documentation to end-users and admin users. Preferred certifications include NetSuite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite ARM Certification, Multi-Book enablement, and Certified Financial User.,
