Inviting applications for position of Consumer Risk As a Business Analyst, you are expected to participate in the various development projects being initiated by our customers Consumer Risk team as part of their overall multi-year program for modernization and transformation. You will interact with various stakeholders in business and technology to elicit and communicate requirements and to assist in creating or create UAT test cases using Python and Selenium that cover the essential business scenarios/use cases ensuring that the documentation (BRD, FRD, Test scenarios) that you develop follows the organization standards. Responsibilities Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and systems, both new and existing Intermediate to expert level Python coding, Selenium knowledge Work with stakeholders to elicit requirements and develop solutions Articulate requirements in the form BRDs and FRDs and ensure that they are in line with organization standards. Identify major Test scenarios and Prepare the UAT Plan. Create UAT test cases and record the results. Run the Test and Confirm the Acceptance criteria are met. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions being built are in line with requirements. Ensure transparency about the current state of the project and call out / escalate risks. Maintain JIRAs and any other required documentation for these projects. Hands on testing experience (from writing the script to executing it with proper artifacts) Ability to do basic data and/or logical analysis, as needed. 4 Ability to articulate any issue, succinctly. Attention to detail. • Support Project Management for the team Ability to perform UAT Automation using Python, Selenium, BBD Cucumber framework. Minimum Qualifications Business Analyst with extensive experience in UAT in the Banking domain with specific exposure to Consumer Risk Management Excellent communications skills (both written and oral) are required as well as the ability to work within a diverse team Banking and Finance (BFSI) domain experience Extensive experience in writing UAT test scenarios Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Proficiency in automation testing using Python, Selenium and BBD Cucumber framework. Preferred qualifications SQL - able to write queries to fetch data Working on JIRA Good interpersonal skills Coding skill Construct workflow charts and diagrams knowledge of MS Visio Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models Working on Python, selenium automation testing. You will be responsible for validating product features, executing test plans, and managing UAT cycles to ensure the delivery of high-quality supply chain software solutions. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and customer success, to maintain software excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on business and technical requirements. Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with internal stakeholders and end-users. Identify, document, and manage defects and enhancements using Jira, ServiceNow, or equivalent ticketing systems. Work closely with product and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure feature testability. Analyze and validate results against expected outcomes, ensuring functional correctness and usability. Develop and maintain test documentation , including test plans, traceability matrices, and summary reports. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. Provide training and support during UAT phases, ensuring testers understand the business context. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 7 years of experience in software QA and UAT testing , preferably in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software domains. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices. Hands-on experience with Jira, ServiceNow , or similar issue tracking/test management tools. Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases and UAT scripts . Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage testing for multiple projects. Nice to Have: Familiarity with SQL for data validation and back-end testing. Exposure to API testing using tools like Postman . Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus, though not mandatory. Background in supply chain systems such as WMS, TMS, or procurement software.
