Stay updated with the latest BPM tools and industry trends. Recommend innovative solutions to improve business process automation. Conduct training and knowledge-sharing sessions for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Education Management, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 5-6 years of proven experience in business analysis, with substantial experience in business process management, preferably within the education sector. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively across diverse teams. Certification in Business Process Management (i.e., BPM) or Business Analyst is advantageous Hands-on experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology.
