About the Role As a Solution Architect / Head of Technical Delivery, you will play a crucial role in bridging client requirements with robust technical solutions and ensuring impeccable delivery execution. Your responsibilities will encompass various stages including pre-sales, proposal design, and delivery governance, aiming to guarantee that each client engagement reflects a blend of technical expertise and flawless execution. This client-facing position is an integral part of Elovients core team, offering you significant prospects for leadership development in the long run. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will engage in pre-sales discussions to craft solution architectures that align closely with client objectives. You will be responsible for generating technical proposals, solution documents, and responses to RFPs with a focus on clarity and effectiveness. Overseeing code repository management, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes will also be among your key duties. Additionally, you will establish quality assurance and UAT frameworks to ensure that every delivery upholds enterprise-grade standards. Collaboration with leadership will be essential to strike a balance in proposals between client value and technical feasibility. Furthermore, you will be expected to integrate insights from research and design in fields like AI, IoT, robotics, and emerging technologies into the development of solutions. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or delivery management. A strong engineering background coupled with hands-on experience in application design or coding is required. Proficiency in DevOps pipelines, version control systems, and QA/UAT frameworks is essential. Moreover, the ability to create client-facing technical documentation and proposals effectively is a must. You should be adept at articulating complex technological concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner. Willingness to relocate to Mumbai and commit to full-time office-based work is expected.,
