Imaging Endpoints (IE) is an Imaging Technology and Imaging Clinical Research Organization (iCRO) passionately focused on the vision to Connect Imaging to the CureTM. The organization has been instrumental in supporting impactful new drug approvals in oncology and is seeking talented individuals globally to assist in customizing each clinical trial's imaging for optimal efficacy. Imaging Endpoints, headquartered in Scottsdale, Arizona, with offices in various global locations, is affiliated with HonorHealth and Scottsdale Medical Imaging Limited (SMIL/RadPartners). It is recognized as the world's largest and most preeminent iCRO in oncology. The Clinical Data Manager I/II, Senior Clinical Data Manager, or Principal Clinical Data Manager is responsible for leading, directing, and conducting all clinical data management activities for assigned clinical studies. Duties include coordinating with study team members, maintaining audit readiness, communicating project status, and conducting activities per standard operating procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES - Serve as the primary clinical data management contact for assigned studies - Lead clinical data management aspects of processing radiological images - Create and maintain data management plans - Design and develop eCRFs and databases - Train personnel on data collection tools - Conduct quality control reviews of trial data - Generate, track, and close queries - Conduct data/image transfers - Oversee Diagnostic and Summary Reports - Lead data analysis activities - Lead UAT activities for data collection systems - Maintain project files and compliance with procedures - Assist in process improvement and training of staff - Update team members on project statuses - Contribute to department and company goals EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum 3 years of clinical data management experience - Knowledge of analysis software and database development - Understanding of Good Clinical Practices and medical terminology - Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications SKILLS - Ability to lead within a research environment - Proficiency in MS Office and internet applications - Service-oriented and flexible - Strong attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage time effectively - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload - Maintaining confidentiality and self-motivation IMAGING ENDPOINTS TEAM CHARACTERISTICS - Passion for improving cancer patients" lives through imaging - Desire to be part of a dynamic, global team - Commitment to caring for team members and communities served - Integrity, high ethical standards, and problem-solving abilities - Structured, organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated - Accountability, excellence, and high standards for quality PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS The employee is required to use hands, sit, and have specific vision abilities.
