About Us: UAI Autoworks Pvt. Ltd. (Car Mechanics) is a fast-growing automotive service provider, offering end-to-end car repair, maintenance, and annual maintenance packages across India. We’re on a mission to simplify car care, and we're expanding our field sales team to promote and enroll customers into our value-driven maintenance plans. Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive—Annual Maintenance Package, you will enroll new customers in our vehicle maintenance plans by engaging with car owners, garages, and service centers. This field-based, client-facing role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach. Freshers with a go-getter attitude are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and enroll customers into Annual Maintenance Packages (AMPs) Meet car owners, drivers, and service center clients to promote maintenance packages Explain plan benefits, pricing, and validity; guide customers through enrollment Maintain records of daily visits, calls, and enrolments in the CRM. Provide after-enrolment support and handle queries/documentation. Meet monthly enrolment targets.
