All you need is... We are seeking a skilled RAN Integration Engineers with hands-on experience in integrating and commissioning of latest Huawei BBU and Radio equipment's. The role involves end-to-end integration, troubleshooting, and support for wireless network deployments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: . Perform integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Huawei BTS5900, BTS3900, and related RAN equipment (e.g., BSC6900/6910, DBSC3900, U2020/U2000). . Supports Hardware Swaps . Execute call testing, NTP configurations, and site acceptance procedures. . Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and accurate integration. . Analyze alarms, logs, and KPIs to identify and resolve network issues. . Support software upgrades, license installations, and configuration changes. . Maintain documentation of integration activities and site configurations. . Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols. Required Skills & Experience: . Minimum 3+ years of experience in wireless network integration, preferably on Huawei platforms. . Strong knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN technologies and Huawei hardware (BBU, RRU, AAU, Microwave). . Experience with Huawei tools such as U2020, U2000, and LMT. . Familiarity with site survey reports, KCPs, and integration checklists. . Ability to interpret design layouts and power/accessory requirements. . Good communication and coordination skills. . Be flexible in shifts and adjust to project requirements. Education: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. You will provide network optimization analysis and recommendations using a combination of drive data and network statistics. You will carry out drive testing activities to collect network data. You will provide post processing analysis of the drive data. You will provide site candidate evaluations. You will provide site build verifications and acceptance. Job Purpose Implement end to end Configuration and change management processes to ensure smooth functioning of STP domain for vendor Huawei/Oracle on nodes SPS, STP, Oracle STP, U2000 covering nearly 80 nodes across 19 circles. Carrying out Impact Analysis of major/critical activities to avoid high risk factors. Perform all Major/ Critical Change management activities for STP network elements (Oracle STP, DRA, SPS, and STP of Huawei) within agreed SLA and FTR (Success rate). Perform Proactive and Uniform approach to deploy all new features/patches with error free implementation and process compliance. Execute all AOP rollout across technology as per agreed rollout targets for timely readiness and on-boarding of STP network with 100% compliance and SLA. Responsible to develop automation of configuration and change management process with tools to ensure lesser downtime, seamless customer experience, bring in synergy and drive cost leadership in domain Key Accountabilities / Key Result Areas Provide Best Network Experience for both Voice and Data - Perform Configuration and Change management for major/critical activities, impact analysis for all critical changes in the network, attending CAB discussions and handling emergencies for STP network as per defined SLAs and FTR (Success rate). Deployment of all new network features and upgrades with FTR and uniform approach Rollout – perform all AOP rollout across technology as per agreed rollout targets. Transformation - Integration of new services, nodes as per agreed project time plan. P & L Consciousness - Improvising service availability-In-house automations of critical activities and preparation/modification of MoPs wherever required. Establish KPI’s to support NOC quality initiatives, technology and process audits, Implement best-practice Policies and Procedures Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Hands on Experience on STP ,DRA,SPS system with 6+ years of experience with at least 3 year in Change Management. Good understanding on GSM architecture, ATCA MGW, NTHLR, HSS, STP CS Core, SS7/SIGTRAN/IP/SIP/VoLTE major call flows. Technical expertise in STP (configuration & hardware).Must have worked towards achieving customer SLA and network SLA. Effectively able to connect with team members & circles & ability to work as a team player. Comfortable working in shifts. Technical / Professional Qualifications Masters / Bachelors in Electronics / Electronics Communication from reputed Institute. In depth knowledge of STP VoLTE entities and signalling systems related to 2G, 3G and 4G technologies
