Scope of Work Shopify Store Management: Set up, manage, and optimize product listings on Shopify, ensuring accurate product data, images, descriptions, and inventory synchronization. LitCommerce Integration: Integrate Shopify with LitCommerce to automate and manage product listings across eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, and other online marketplaces. Multi-Channel Listing & Sync: Ensure seamless synchronization of inventory, pricing, and order management across all integrated marketplaces via LitCommerce. Marketplace Expansion: Expand product presence to additional channels such as Walmart, TikTok Shopping, Google Shop, and other emerging platforms supported by LitCommerce. Data Management: Maintain and update product catalogs, SKUs, and marketplace-specific requirements using tools like Google Sheets and CSV templates for efficient data flow. Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales, inventory levels, and marketplace performance metrics; troubleshoot integration and listing issues. Process Optimization: Continuously improve listing strategies, automation workflows, and data accuracy for higher conversion and lower operational overhead. AI & Automation Tools: Explore and implement AI tools to further streamline listing management and automation across platforms. Key Applicant Skills & Qualifications Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Shopify store setup, product listing, and marketplace integrations. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Shopify backend, LitCommerce or similar multi-channel listing tools, and marketplace seller portals (eBay, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart). Data Management: Experience with Google Sheets, CSV imports/exports, and bulk product data management for e-commerce. Marketplace Knowledge: Familiarity with marketplace listing requirements, SEO, and content optimization for major platforms.
