We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with deep expertise in Direct and Indirect Taxation. The ideal candidate should possess the acumen to handle complex litigation matters, represent the organization before tax authorities, and ensure full compliance with statutory regulations. Additionally, the candidate must have a robust understanding of audit procedures and financial statement preparation. Key Responsibilities: Expert handling of Direct and Indirect Taxation, including GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc. Representing clients before tax authorities for assessments, appeals, and other litigation matters. Drafting replies, appeals, and submissions related to tax matters. Conducting tax planning and advisory for clients. Ensuring timely compliance with tax filings and statutory deadlines. Leading and executing statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Liaising with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant with relevant experience. Strong command over tax laws, rules, and procedures. Hands-on experience in handling tax litigations and appearing before authorities. Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills. Proficient in accounting software and MS Office tools.
