TYROMER TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED Job Description HR & Admin Manager (Factory Operations) Position Overview We are seeking a proactive HR cum Admin Manager to handle day-to-day human resources and administrative activities at our factory. The role involves handling recruitment, employee welfare, legal & statutory compliance, general administration, and supporting smooth factory operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory staff and workers. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs). Oversee onboarding, induction, and training of new employees. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes. Drive employee engagement, welfare, and safety initiatives. Administration Supervise factory office administration, housekeeping, and security. Manage canteen, transport, and accommodation facilities (if applicable). Handle vendor management for admin services and supplies. Maintain factory records, correspondence, and documentation. Coordinate with management on policies, notices, and compliance audits. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred). 10 - 12 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment. Strong knowledge of statutory labor compliance and factory-related HR practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (attendance/payroll systems). Reporting To : Factory Head / Director Location : Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh Salary 60,000/- to 70,000/- per month depending on profile (Company contribution PF additional) Languages English, Tamil, Telugu (All 3 Complusory)
