The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, with expertise in Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and React.js on the frontend. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing scalable solutions, mentoring team members, and ensuring high-quality code delivery. Required Skills 8+ years of experience in software development. Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , and RESTful APIs . Solid experience with React.js , JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 . Experience with Microservices architecture and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines , Docker , and Kubernetes . Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities. Experience with Redux , TypeScript , or other modern JS frameworks. Knowledge of GraphQL , WebSockets , or Kafka . Exposure to DevOps practices and tools. Certification in Java or cloud technologies is a plus.
