As a Design Team Lead at Anvis Digital Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing all design projects from conception to delivery. Your role will involve creating original pieces such as illustrations, videos, animations, and static graphics. You will review and provide guidance to junior designers to ensure high-quality work. Additionally, you will refine images, fonts, and layouts using software like After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro, while applying typography techniques. Your creative input will be crucial in generating ideas to convey concepts and promote products/services effectively. You will work towards enhancing user friendliness in digital products and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing projects. Collaboration with marketing and design teams will be essential to meet project deadlines. Staying updated with industry developments and tools will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have proven work experience as a Senior Visualiser, Graphic Designer, or similar role, along with a portfolio of completed design projects. Hands-on experience with design editing software like After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro is required. Strong aesthetic skills, attention to visual details, and the ability to meet deadlines through teamwork are essential qualities we are looking for. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Lower Parel, Mumbai, with a work schedule from Monday to Friday and weekend availability when required.
