Job Description

Assisting with daily OPD records.
Supporting the doctor during peak patient hours with fast data entry.
Coordinating with nursing staff and front office for patient documentation.
Following hospital data protection and privacy policies.
Reporting any system issues or errors promptly.
Typing prescriptions as dictated by the doctor.
Entering patient details, medical history, examination findings, and prescriptions into the Eka Care system.
Transcribing doctor’s notes accurately into digital records.
Updating investigation reports, diagnosis, and treatment plans in the system.
