Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Chettinad Institute of Medical Sciences, Manamai Campus, Nallur Village, Thirukalukundram Tk, Chengalpattu District, Chennai.

Manage the Top Management or on his behalf calendar and schedule appointments.
Organize and prepare materials for meetings and events.
Handle incoming correspondence and emails, ensuring prompt responses.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Top Management or on his behalf.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries, if required in future.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications

Any Degree ( UG / PG ) or relevant qualification is preferred
Gender - Female
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
