Organize for timely replacement of old and worn out uniforms and collect the required uniforms or accessories from the office store to be delivered to the guards if they are far from the office. 14. Collect and submit the attendance to HR desk as per the schedule given. 15. Submit the deduction details of all guards in his area before given deadline. 16. Submit salary hold details if any on time before the salary date. 17. Submission of invoices with required attachments and regular payment follow ups with the client. 18. Submit daily shift reports and any other reports of important nature from the field to the Operations Head. 19. Maintain biodata of all the guards at the branch office. 20. Assist in recruitment of manpower whenever required by the company/client. 21. Assist in the development of the branch by bringing new sales leads of potential clients.
