Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of UI developers (web & mobile) ensuring high-quality deliverables and on-time execution. Own the UI architecture and technology roadmap, advocating for best practices in code structure, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to bring concepts to life with seamless front-end experiences. Set coding standards and review code to ensure maintainability, performance, and security. Stay updated on emerging UI frameworks, tools, and trends, and introduce the relevant ones to improve development productivity and UX. Drive cross-platform development strategies using technologies like ReactJS and React Native. Troubleshoot UI-related issues and find effective solutions independently. Must-Have Skills & Experience 4-7 years of experience in front-end/UI development. Knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, RESTful APIs, and responsive design principles. Experience building cross-platform mobile applications. Ability to guide architectural decisions and refactor large-scale applications. Proven problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git, etc.
