Join GlobalLogic and become an integral part of a team dedicated to a significant software project for a world-class company that provides M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules to industries such as automotive, healthcare, and logistics. As part of this project, you will assist in developing end-user modules" firmware, implementing new features, ensuring compatibility with the latest telecommunication and industry standards, and analyzing and estimating customer requirements. Required Skills: - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (Configuration and Integration). - Proficiency in Gosu and Java programming languages. - Strong knowledge of Guidewire Data Model, Product Model, and Underwriting Rules Engine. - Experience with Guidewire Studio, PCF files, typelists, and GUnit testing. - Hands-on experience with SOAP/REST APIs, web services, and integration points. - Familiarity with XML, JSON, XSD, and messaging frameworks. - Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments. - Excellent communication and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Guidewire Certification in PolicyCenter. - Experience with other Guidewire modules (BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). - Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven) and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes). - Knowledge of insurance domain concepts, especially around policy lifecycle, rating, and underwriting. - Experience with database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL). - Exposure to performance optimization and load testing. Job Responsibilities: - Design and implement custom solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter, including configuration, rules, and integrations. - Develop business rules, data model extensions, UI modifications, and batch processes using Gosu and Guidewire Studio. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Develop and maintain integrations using SOAP/REST services, messaging, and plugins. - Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and participate in defect resolution. - Ensure compliance with Guidewire best practices and development guidelines. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
