What You'll Do Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress & WooCommerce issues with confidence. Communicate clearly and patiently with customers (via tickets, email, and live chat). Spot recurring issues and share feedback with the dev team to improve products. Keep plugin documentation updated with new features. Manage tickets in FreeScout (or similar Customer Support Tool) and collaborate on Github. Stay updated with our latest product releases. Must Haves Strong WordPress knowledge (troubleshooting, debugging, database, plugins). Hands-on experience with WooCommerce. Good to Have Familiarity with AI tools for smarter support.
