Job Brief: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented eCommerce Executive to manage daily online operations. The role involves processing and fulfilling online orders, coordinating packing and dispatch, maintaining product listings, and ensuring smooth backend operations on Shopify and marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ecommerce order management and a basic understanding of online store operations. Key Responsibilities: Order Management: Process daily orders received through Shopify and other online platforms. Generate and manage order manifests and invoices. Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup and dispatch. Track shipments and ensure smooth delivery to customers. Packing & Dispatch: Oversee or assist with the packing of products as per order requirements. Ensure accuracy in order contents, labeling, and packaging standards. Maintain proper records of dispatched orders. Inventory Management: Update stock levels regularly in Shopify and maintain sync with physical inventory. Coordinate with the warehouse or procurement team for restocking. Website & Product Management: Upload new products, images, and descriptions on Shopify. Update pricing, offers, and inventory status as required. Ensure product listings are accurate and visually appealing. Customer Support & Coordination: Assist with customer queries regarding orders, shipping, and returns. Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for promotions and campaigns. Reporting: Maintain daily reports of orders, dispatches, and returns. Track delivery performance and highlight operational bottlenecks. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Commerce, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations (Shopify preferred). Familiarity with order management systems, shipping platforms, and courier portals. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask. Good communication and coordination skills. Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon, or Flipkart is a strong advantage.
