We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, conducting effective sales presentations, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, field visits, and other outreach methods. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads. Sales Presentations: Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations. Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our products. Address customer concerns and objections. Deal Closing: Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals. Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation. Ensure timely delivery of vehicles. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent after-sales service. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Identify emerging market opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license Two-wheeler riding skills Basic knowledge of the automotive industry Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office 2years of experience is needed Pay , Benefits & Conditions 12,000 to 15,000 plus incentive 9am to 6pm Working hour Candidates within 15km radius is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9778648282
