Two wheeler Service advisor

A 2-Wheeler Service Advisor acts as the crucial link between the customer and the service/repair department for motorcycles and scooters.

Their main responsibilities include:

Customer Interaction & Service:

• Greeting Customers: Welcoming customers and initiating the service process.
• Understanding Needs: Actively listening to the customer's concerns, problems, and service requests for their vehicle.
• Diagnosis Intake: Accurately documenting vehicle symptoms, issues, and customer concerns on a job card or repair order.
• Providing Estimates: Explaining recommended services, repairs, and parts, and providing a clear, written cost and time estimate.
• Obtaining Authorization: Securing the customer's signature and approval before any work begins, especially for additional necessary repairs.
• Status Updates: Monitoring the repair progress and keeping the customer informed about any delays or changes in the estimate or timeline.
• Handling Delivery: Explaining the work performed, the charges on the final bill, and providing advice on future maintenance upon vehicle handover.
• Post-Service Follow-up: Contacting the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Resolving Complaints: Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating complex issues when necessary.

Operational & Technical Coordination:

• Scheduling: Booking service appointments and managing the service department's daily workflow and technician assignments.
• Technical Liaison: Communicating the customer's concerns accurately to the technicians and translating technical information and repair recommendations back to the customer in layman's terms.
• Quality Check: Ensuring the service or repair is completed to the required standard before the vehicle is returned to the customer.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed service records, job cards, and warranty documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
