Two Point One is looking for a sharp and proactive Business Development lead. This role involves conducting initial outreach, engaging in preliminary sales meetings, and coordinating with internal teams over warm leads for further development. We are seeking individuals who have a proven track record in selling IT services— in the areas of custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI, and digital transformation. This role is core to Two Point One and has a good growth scope ahead. Excellent communication skills with Strong decision-making and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to build rapport with International-based clients and navigate sales conversations professionally. Roles and Responsibilities: Owning end to end sales from lead generation to deal closures. Generate and qualify high-quality leads exclusively in the International market Responsible for company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of markets revenue generation Identify and engage prospective clients in the global market via channels like cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and community engagement. Coordinate between qualified leads and Two Point One’s business team for further nurturing and closure. Research target accounts, understand industry needs, and tailor outreach strategies accordingly. Maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring all lead activities are documented and updated in real-time. Consistently meet and exceed lead generation KPIs and quality benchmarks. Prepares sales strategies and presentations to pitch services, and combination to prospective clients Required Qualification: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development, specifically in IT Service based Companies (mandatory). Proven success in qualifying leads and contributing to sales pipelines up to $3 lakhs USD annually. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with neutral, clear, and articulate English. Proficiency in using CRM and outreach tools. Willingness and availability to work during US business hours.
