A hunter with a strong business development attitude, a track record of successful sales, and excellent industry connections is the ideal candidate. You will be in charge of fostering strategic alliances and accelerating growth. Required Skills: Drive new business development and expand market share for industrial and institutional castors and wheels. Identify and pursue new opportunities across OEMs, distributors, and end users in industries like automotive, medical, logistics, hospitality, and manufacturing. Leverage existing relationships to quickly penetrate key accounts. Build and manage a team of regional sales reps and agents across India to achieve individual and collective targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to recommend business growth strategies. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans to senior management. Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to build long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery. Qualification & Exp Level: Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in casters, wheels, or related industrial products Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to close new business and exceed sales targets. Demonstrated success in building and managing a team of hunters. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Established network within the wheels/casters or material handling industry is highly preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
