Role & responsibilities Prepare and execute marketing strategy for FTWZ facilities and services. Develop and implement the Annual Marketing Plan in coordination with the Regional Office and CEO. Identify and connect with potential customers to expand client base. Develop and manage channel partners to support sales and marketing activities. Structure commercial offers in alignment with customer requirements and business goals. Plan and manage customer engagement strategies with a focus on long-term business growth. Own and manage all aspects of customer relations across departments. Implement effective customer service processes to ensure service excellence. Adhere to credit control policies and ensure prevention of bad debts or unpaid dues. Maintain deep knowledge of the EXIM industry and monitor key competitors in focus regions. Track, analyse, and report competitor activity in compliance with competition regulations. Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of market and competitor intelligence. Implement customer management tools to enhance service delivery and client retention. Provide timely, accurate reports including Monthly CEO Reports and weekly sales projections. Own and manage all marketing-related data and ensure submission of marketing reports. Build and sustain key relationships with trade bodies, media, and government stakeholders. Assist in organizing trade gatherings, promotional events, and industry functions. Ensure alignment with the organizations media, brand, and communications policies. Preferred candidate profile We are seeking dynamic and results-driven sales professionals with expertise in marketing and sales within the FTWZ (Free Trade and Warehousing Zone) sector to join our team. Post Graduate preferably- Masters Management Degree / Diploma in Business Management.
