Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying SAP based ERP solutions. Leading analysis and design in the SAP FICO area, often collaborating closely with the finance team. You will conduct structured testing internally and with users, ensuring stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements. Your role will involve being accountable for accounting, implementation, and integration. Key Responsibilities: - Overall 10+ years of experience required - Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Finance & Costing functional exposure - Strong experience in Finance and GST - Ability to interact with end-users on business requirements and technically interact with managers and ABAP teams - Proficiency with SAP S4 HANA - Engage with individuals at all levels within the organization and clients - Conflict resolution and professional conflict handling - Identify issues, contextualize them appropriately, and provide consistent solutions - Set up company code, Financial accounting and Controlling, assign organizational structures - Knowledge in accounting document types, Classic GL accounting, Profit center accounting, Business area accounting - Document Incompletion procedures and Integration with Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, Production Planning, HR Management - Masters degree in Finance or Management or equivalent - SAP certification in FICO is preferred Qualification Required: - Masters degree in Finance or Management or equivalent - SAP certification in FICO preferred About the Company: At the core of the company's mission is tailoring growth for customers by enabling them to transform their aspirations into tangible outcomes.
