Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth workflow. Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards for all menu items (burgers, sandwiches, wraps, momos, pizzas, Indian fusion, waffles, beverages). Train, guide, and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, hygiene, and safety. Develop and implement prep systems for speed, consistency, and minimal wastage. Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers. Maintain food cost control and suggest cost-effective recipes/innovations. Ensure compliance with FSSAI standards, hygiene & safety protocols. Innovate seasonal specials and contribute to new product development. Requirements Proven experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef in fast food, QSR, or casual dining. Strong knowledge of Indian fast food & global cuisines (burgers, pizzas, momos, wraps). Leadership & team management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Creativity in menu design & plating.
