Company Description Tuwaiq Casting & Forging is a joint venture between Saudi Arabian Industrial Investments Company (Dussur), Saudi Aramco, and Doosan Heavy Industries. Located in Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it operates a state-of-the-art facility that utilizes sand mold casting and open-mold forging. The factory aims to produce 60,000 tons per year, primarily for the oil and gas sector, as well as other industries. Additionally, the joint venture services the marine and engine industries, providing drilling rigs and equipment to both local and foreign businesses. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter, based in Rajkot. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Daily tasks include developing job descriptions, posting job openings, and coordinating with department heads to understand staffing needs. The Recruiter will also maintain candidate databases, provide regular updates to hiring managers, and handle all recruitment administrative tasks. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Skills in developing job descriptions and posting job openings Excellent organizational and administrative skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
