Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated and knowledgeable tutors who can help students across various academic levels and subjects. As a tutor, you will assist students with:

• Academic subjects (Mathematics, Science, English, Social Science, Accountancy, etc.)
• Exam preparation (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, JEE, NEET, CUET, etc.)
• Homework and assignment support
• Project guidance and subject mentoring

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured and interactive online sessions using our platform or video conferencing tools.
• Offer one-on-one or small group tutoring tailored to each student's learning needs.
• Help students understand concepts, improve exam readiness, and boost academic performance.
• Support students with homework, assignments, and school/college projects.
• Maintain session records and communicate progress with students and/or parents.
• Stay updated with Indian curriculum frameworks (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, competitive exams).

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area (Master's or above preferred for advanced levels).
• Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience (offline or online).
• Sound knowledge of Indian academic syllabi (CBSE, ICSE, State Boards, JEE/NEET level content).
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage students online.
• Proficiency with tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or online whiteboards.
• A reliable internet connection and digital teaching setup.

Preferred Skills

• Teaching certification (B.Ed., CTET, NET, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience with digital education platforms and e-learning tools.
• Ability to work with students from different educational backgrounds and learning abilities.
• Strong communication, patience, and a passion for teaching.
