In this role, you will guide learners through the admission process for Tutorac’s Job Assistance Programs, focusing on IT courses . Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective learners and guide them through the admission process. Achieve admission targets set for each program by converting leads into enrolled learners. Provide detailed information about our Job Assistance Programs, including course structure, fees, and benefits. Follow up with leads , answer queries, and provide personalized recommendations based on the learner's interests and career goals. Maintain accurate records of all conversations and follow-ups in our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and improve the admissions process. Work closely with learners to ensure enrolment success by helping them choose the right course based on their needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science. Knowledge of IT and software is must. Previous experience in sales , inside sales , or admissions counselling (preferably in the education or IT training sector). Excellent communication and negotiation skills . Strong target orientation and ability to thrive in a goal-driven environment. Fluent in English and Hindi or Telugu .
