The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting tutoring sessions in a face-to-face setting, ensuring that students grasp the concepts effectively. Responsibilities: Conduct tutoring sessions for 8th-grade students in all subjects. Develop and implement personalized lesson plans to cater to individual student needs. Assess and track students progress, providing feedback to both students and parents. Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Education or relevant subject. Proven experience in tutoring or teaching. Strong knowledge of the subjects taught in Class 8th. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles. Punctual and reliable. Working Hours: Evening sessions from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
