Job Summary:

We are hiring a highly skilled and result-oriented JEE Chemistry Tutor to lead the Chemistry curriculum under our School Initiative Programme. The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of experience delivering JEE Mains & Advanced coaching within school-integrated or school-tie-up models. The role involves structured academic planning, delivering high-impact lessons, and mentoring students to succeed in national-level engineering entrance examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-depth and concept-oriented Chemistry classes for JEE Mains & Advanced (Classes 11 & 12).
• Integrate JEE syllabus with school curriculum (CBSE/State) for seamless student learning.
• Design and execute lesson plans, mock tests, assignments, and practice sessions.
• Prepare students for both Mains and Advanced levels with topic-wise and level-wise training.
• Analyze student performance and provide individualized academic support and mentoring.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and periodic assessments.
• Collaborate with school faculty to maintain schedule and academic progress.
• Maintain student attendance, progress reports, and performance analytics.
• Engage with parents and school administration for regular updates and student tracking.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry for JEE level.
• Deep understanding of JEE exam patterns, marking schemes, and previous year trends.
• Effective class management and batch handling skills.
• Proven track record of successful student results in JEE Mains and Advanced.
• Fluency in English and/or regional language for effective communication.
• Adept at using digital tools, smart boards, and online teaching platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,400,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
