Role Overview We're looking for a versatile Mid-Level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our remote team (ideally based in India, with flexible hours to support global operations). Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll own key digital initiatives and collaborate on growth strategies. This role is tailored for someone eager to broaden their expertise—view it as a stepping stone for developing entrepreneurial skills, from strategy to hands-on execution. You'll focus on lead generation and branding, with room to lead projects and innovate, building a foundation that could inspire your own business ventures. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & CRM Management : Build and manage target lists for prospects, especially in Australia, using tools like Sales Navigator and AI sales tools (e.g., conversational AI). Set up and optimize Zoho CRM workflows, including lead enrichment, nurturing sequences, and attribution tracking to convert cold leads into opportunities. Social Media & Brand Building : Develop and maintain an engaging presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. Create content calendars, automate posts, and optimize the brand on forums like Reddit, a key source for LLM searches and industry discussions. Website & SEO Optimization : Support the development of our custom website, including content updates, SEO enhancements (e.g., building databases for equipment models), and quick landing pages. Focus on user-friendly features like metric/imperial toggles for international users. Content & Collateral Creation : Contribute to ongoing marketing materials, such as brochures and success metrics decks, using industry insights from tools like Google Trends to drive strategies that attract high-intent leads. Analytics & Reporting : Monitor campaign performance, analyze historical data from tools like Salesforce, and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to target OEMs and decision-makers. Advertising Campaigns : Potentially build and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to amplify reach and generate leads. Cross-Functional Support : Tackle diverse tasks like trade show prep, domain management, or AI tool exploration. As you grow, guide outsourced partners and take on strategic roles, sharpening skills in business development and operations. This role offers variety in a dynamic environment, blending tactical work with strategic input, and encourages innovative ideas. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, demonstrated through impactful work in SEO, social media, CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), and lead generation platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator). Familiarity with B2B marketing; experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics; knowledge of platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, or design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite for basic edits) is advantageous. Strong, fluent grasp of English is required, as you'll hone prompting skills for AI-driven tasks. An entrepreneurial mindset—excited by ambiguity, quick to learn, and able to turn challenges into opportunities. No degree required, but one in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous; certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are highly valued.
