Provide pre-sales support by answering technical questions and addressing client concerns. Assist in the development of proposals and project plans, ensuring alignment with client needs. Utilize analysis skills to assess customer environments and recommend appropriate solutions. Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products. Work closely with engineering teams to relay customer feedback for product improvements. Requirements Strong understanding of computer networking principles and practices.
