The ideal candidate responsible for collaborating with interior consultant, contractors, and architects to ensure the successful execution of interior works like meeting IHCL requirements, managing costs, coordinating design details with vendor, making mood boards, ensuring design accuracy, coordination with MEP team, arranging samples & alternate materials option and providing regular progress updates etc., The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public areas interior execution works, excellent drawing studying skills, and the ability to manage handover process to operation team simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality public area interior fit-out works, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance, smooth handover etc., Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Proficiency in work methods: Assess the technical feasibility of design concepts, identifying potential challenges related to MEP work, materials, systems, and accessibility. Execute all finishing works are carried out according to established work methods and industry best practices.
