The ideal candidate responsible for collaborating with interior consultant, contractors, and architects to ensure the successful execution of interior works like meeting IHCL requirements, managing costs, coordinating design details with vendor, making mood boards, ensuring design accuracy, coordination with MEP team, arranging samples & alternate materials option and providing regular progress updates etc., The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public areas interior execution works, excellent drawing studying skills, and the ability to manage handover process to operation team simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of hospitality public area interior fit-out works, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance, smooth handover etc., Develop and manage project schedules, coordinate procurement, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Ensured smooth workflow, maintained design intent, and adhered to timelines, meeting brand standards and specifications. Evaluate concepts and materials to support design team on technical issues [before executing the works] influencing concept development. Material Management: Forecast the material requirement as per the project schedule & coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of the desired material.
