Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Interior Designer to oversee and supervise interior projects across residential and commercial spaces . The role involves ensuring design accuracy on-site, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and maintaining timelines, quality, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. Site Supervision & Execution Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior works including civil, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and furniture installation. Ensure implementation of design drawings, layouts, and detailing as per approved plans. Conduct regular site walkthroughs and ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines. 2. Residential & Commercial Project Handling Manage multiple interior projects across premium homes, apartments, offices, retail spaces, or showrooms. Coordinate the transition from design stage to execution and ensure alignment with client expectations for both project types. 3. Vendor & Contractor Coordination Liaise with civil contractors, modular vendors, carpenters, electricians, and painters for smooth execution. Design Interpretation & Adaptation Interpret AutoCAD/3D drawings and provide on-site guidance for any technical clarification.
