Prepare daily/weekly site reports, including progress, delays, and material requirements. Check quality of materials delivered and used at site. Ensure adherence to project timelines and highlight risks or delays in advance. Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines. Handle workforce management and resolve site-level issues. Conduct site inspections and final handover with snag rectifications.
