You should have a good knowledge of operating CNC TURNING machines, specifically with Control systems like SEIMENS & FANUC. With a minimum experience of 2-4 years, you will be responsible for operating a CNC Turning Machine and setting up jobs on it. You should have expertise in selecting tools and inserts for various operations like threading, grooving, turning taper, and turning for materials such as cast steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum. Your role will also involve on-the-job Inspection using tools like bore gauge, micrometer, and Vernier calipers, as well as reading drawings and selecting appropriate tooling. The work profile will primarily focus on production with long-term jobs. To qualify for this position, you need to have an ITI/Diploma in mechanical engineering and should be able to join immediately. We are also considering applications from candidates with experience as CNC OPERATORS, CNC MACHINE OPERATORS, and CNC Turners. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The work schedule involves rotational shifts with a yearly bonus.
