Tech structural Engineering Years of experience - 8 to 12 years Location - Chennai ( Tamil Nadu ) Experienced Civil & Structural design engineers : Extensive hands-on experience in both Pre-Bid and Post-Bid engineering activities for the following industrial structures, primarily in the Mines, Minerals, and Metals Process Industry: * Raw Material Handling Systems: * Design of Transfer Houses, In-Plant Conveyors, Long Belt Conveyors * Crusher Houses, Screen Houses * Yard Machines: Stackers, Bucket Reclaimers, Barrel Reclaimers, Radial Stackers, Full/Semi Portal Scraper Reclaimers * Foundations for Wagon Tipplers, Side Arm Chargers, Track Hopper Complexes * Bulk Storage Structures: Silos, Bunkers, Hoppers * Rapid Loading Structures for Rail/Truck * Pipe Racks, Cable Racks * Electrical Substations, Pump Houses (Service Water, Firefighting Tankages and Reservoirs * Mineral Processing Plant Structures: * Foundations for Rod Mills, Ball Mills, Blowers, Scrubbers, Dryers * Structural design for Thickeners, Storage Tanks, Filter Press Buildings * Cooling Tower Support Structures, Slurry Pump Houses * Slurry Pipelines, Stacks * Structures related to Sinter and Pellet Plants * Design Standards & Codes : * Proficient in applying Indian and International Design Standards, including: * IS Codes * American Codes (ACI, AISC) * Eurocodes * Australian Standards * Software Proficiency : Structural Analysis & Design: * STAAD Pro., ETABS and Ansys (Static & Dynamic Simulations) * BIM & 3D Modelling Tools: * Civil 3D * Tekla Structures * Revit * Navisworks (for interdisciplinary model integration and clash detection) * Additional Skills : * Exposure to latest BIM workflows and 3D co-ordination practices
