As a Machine Expert, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of CNC, VMC, Turning Centre, Lathe Machine, and other machinery to ensure optimal performance. Your role will involve conducting regular inspections, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs. It is essential to ensure that all machinery is calibrated and functioning according to specifications. In terms of safety and compliance, you will be required to adhere to safety standards and regulations, implement safety protocols, and report any hazards or compliance issues to management. Providing technical support to operators and team members, diagnosing technical issues, collaborating with engineers, and continuous training and development of machine operators and junior technicians will also be part of your responsibilities. Continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, monitoring machine performance metrics, accurate documentation of maintenance records, and reporting on machine performance and operational efficiency will be key components of your role. Additionally, you will assist in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.
