Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Turner, located in Pune. The Turner will be responsible for operating lathes to machine precision components, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and adjusting machine tools, monitoring machining operations, and ensuring quality control. The Turner will collaborate closely with other team members to meet production requirements and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating lathe machines and other machining tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certification or vocational training is preferred
