Turner (Machine Operator)

In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring quality control of products, and utilizing hand tools effectively. Your daily tasks will include setting up machines, monitoring their performance, and making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal operation. Additionally, you will inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the company's quality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess machine operation and machinery skills, quality control experience, proficiency with hand tools, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and technical training in machining is a plus.
