Job Description

As a Mechanical TAR Coordinator, your role involves various key responsibilities: - **Work Request Evaluation & Scoping:** - Screen and review mechanical TAR notifications and work orders. - Validate and clarify job scope with operations, maintenance, and requestors. - Conduct field/site surveys to verify asset conditions, access, constraints, and isolation requirements. - Identify and eliminate obsolete or duplicate scope. - Support scope finalization, late scope management, and change control processes. - **Work Pack Development:** - Develop comprehensive mechanical execution packs in alignment with TAR readiness gates and client procedures. - Ensure work packs include Job Method Statements, Material take-off (MTO) and tools list, Drawings, Equipment isolation plans, QA/QC Hold and Witness Points, Cleaning, inspection, and testing requirements, NDT scope, safety plans, rigging, and lifting plans. - Update SAP/CMMS with relevant details and react to change in scope as necessary. - **Materials and Spare Parts Planning:** - Identify required spare parts and consumables using OEM manuals and SAP BOM. - Validate material specifications, confirm ROS dates, and ensure timely procurement and delivery. - Track availability of various materials like gaskets, stud bolts, blinds, etc. - **HSE & Risk Assessment:** - Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and integrate HAZOP/HAZID learnings. - Prepare documentation for potential hazards and ensure compliance with TAR HSE plans and standards. - **Coordination of Resources and Vendors:** - Determine manpower and contractor engagement, confirm availability of specialty services, NDT services, and third-party QA/QC. - Confirm vendor readiness with agreed scope and deliverables. - **Schedule Integration & Execution Support:** - Align work packs with TAR schedule, identify critical path and high-risk jobs, and support execution activities. - **Quality, Data & Change Management:** - Document lessons learned, provide the first point of contact for business interfaces on turnaround activities. In addition, the company is looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, a minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas, demonstrated experience in preparing work packs for mechanical/static equipment, proficiency in SAP-PM, MS Office, Primavera P6, and turnaround planning tools, in-depth knowledge of static mechanical equipment and turnaround methodologies, experience in developing multi-discipline execution plans, solid grasp of turnaround workflow, and strong communication and leadership skills.,
