Key Responsibilities: - Able to conduct various types of FE Analysis such as static, transient, linear, nonlinear, fatigue (LCF/HCF), and thermal analyses as required. - Perform high-temperature creep calculations and assessments. - Interpret analysis results, propose design modifications, and optimize designs. - Participate in and lead structural integrity design reviews at the component level. - Prepare and document FE calculations in the form of structural integrity design reports. Qualifications Required: - Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles. - Proficiency in turbine design and manufacturing. - Strong grasp of FEA principles and methods. - Experience with FEA software like ANSYS, ABAQUS is preferred but not mandatory. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
