Job Description

Monitor Control Panels:
Operate and monitor control panels to oversee the functioning of machinery, equipment, or systems within an industrial setting.
Process Control:
Adjust controls to regulate processes and maintain specified operating conditions, such as temperature, pressure, flow, and levels.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during the operation, taking corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and maintain quality standards by conducting regular checks and inspections, ensuring products meet specifications.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Report any safety concerns promptly.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production parameters, equipment readings, and any incidents. Complete log sheets and reports as required.
Communication:
Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, maintenance staff, and supervisors, to communicate any issues, changes, or updates related to panel operation.
Preventive Maintenance:
Participate in routine preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, calibration, and inspection of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
