Job Title: Sales Coordinator Company: Turakhia Overseas Pvt. Ltd. Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales coordination, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update sales databases, records, and reports accurately. Conduct follow-ups and basic client communication/calling. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents. Coordinate with logistics/operations for timely dispatches and deliveries. Share product details, specifications, and updates with clients. Assist in sales performance tracking and preparing reports. Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team. Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role. Decent communication skills (verbal & written). Strong sales coordination abilities and problem-solving mindset. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ability to perform basic analysis. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
