Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager - Asia at Tupperware China, based in Guangdong China. The Project Manager is responsible for providing project management, strategic operations, and consultation services across the company’s omni-channel sales platforms, including direct selling and retail businesses within the APAC market. This role will drive business transformation initiatives by collaborating with key stakeholders in Supply Chain, Marketing, Commercial, and Procurement to optimize business operations and enhance overall efficiency. Specific Accountabilities: Business Transformation & Strategic Consultation · Lead market-specific business transformation programs across direct selling, franchise operations, outlets, retail, e-commerce, B2B, and the sale of goods and services. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and improve customer experience. · Provide strategic insights to business partners to facilitate informed decision-making. · Identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks that may impact business operations. · This specific scope supports SVP Regional Director APAC for sales and commercial activities. Business Operations & Continuous Improvement for sourcing new products · Support the development of nutritional and sourced products and implementation of best practices in product procurement and go-to-market strategies. · Enhance operational workflows and business processes to drive harmonization and efficiency. · Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of new high-quality sourced products. · Drive initiatives related to product portfolio optimization and cost reduction strategies. · This specific scope supports SVP Regional Director APAC and APAC Regional Marketing for operations and product commercialization activities. Portfolio & Project Management to support the Export business activities · Oversee portfolio management for projects in Asia Pacific, including operational efficiencies and supply network optimization to support the export business volume · Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. · Provide detailed performance analysis and reporting on key metrics. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Business Transformation Success Rate: % of successfully implemented transformation initiatives. · Project Delivery Timeliness: % of projects delivered on time and within scope. · Sales Growth & Market Expansion: Impact of strategic initiatives on APAC sales performance. · Risk Mitigation Effectiveness: Number of identified and mitigated risks. · Supply Chain Optimization Metrics: Improvement in manufacturing, sourcing, distribution, and inventory turnover rates. · Export Volume optimisation · Operational Efficiency Improvement: Reduction in operational costs and lead times. · Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback scores from internal and external business partners. Other duties as assigned Education and Experience · A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, process management, information technology or finance. · 5+ years related project/program management experience, experience leading a team through influence required. · Experience in multinational, interdivisional, cross functional companies, preferred in the consumer goods sector. · Experience within a dynamic business environment in functions such as human resources, supply chain, customer care, finance, sales and distribution will be important. Exposure and experience working within or in collaboration with information technology projects is extremely helpful.
