Experience required: 08+ Years of Tender and detailed design of ECS of U/G Metro Station, TVS of U/G Railway & Metro Tunnels and HVAC Clean room design. Key Skills: 1. Candidate must have skills to design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects. 2. Candidate must have 08+ years experience in HVAC turnkey projects involving complete life cycle of the project from designing to execution. 3. Candidate must have experience in HVAC Detail design, HVAC calculations for diversified projects like Railway & Metro Tunnels, Metro Station, Industrial and commercial projects. 4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills 5. Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC design softwares like HAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 6. Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment especially coordinating with Architectural and Structural designers 7. Ability to optimize designs with a creative and innovative approaches. Key Responsibilities: 1. Designing HVAC Systems: This involves determining heating and cooling loads, selecting appropriate equipment such as water-cooled chillers, air handling units, and fans, and designing the layout of ductwork and chilled water piping systems/Refrigerant piping system. 2. Energy Efficiency Optimization: Optimize energy efficiency in buildings by selecting energy-efficient equipment and designing systems that minimize energy consumption while maintaining comfort levels. 3. Review Shop drawing in conjunction with the Architectural, Structural and Electrical/PHE/Firefighting drawings to ensure engineering coordination 4. Calculating Heat Loads: Calculate the heating and cooling loads for buildings based on factors such as building size, occupancy, orientation, insulation, and climate conditions. 5. System Sizing and Equipment Selection: Based on load calculations and other parameters, selecting appropriately sized equipment and components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. 6. Ductwork and Piping Design: Design the layout of ductwork and piping systems to distribute heated or cooled air throughout the building efficiently and in accordance with applicable codes and standards. 7. Technical Documentation: Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation required for the installation and operation of HVAC systems. 8. Compliance with Codes and Standards: Ensure that HVAC systems comply with relevant building codes like ASHRAE, ISHRAE, NBC, SMACNA etc. and other environmental regulations/ industry standards. 9. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues related to HVAC systems and develop solutions to address performance problems or inefficiencies. 10. Responsible for Coordination of Tenders and Ongoing projects 11. Liaison with Client & Consultant 12. Responsible for cable scheduling for Mechanical packages. 13. Responsible for Mechanical packages integration with BMS. 14. Assist cost estimation/optimization for tenders/projects. 15. Responsible to deliver work independently, work in Multi-D environment and integrate with larger project teams.

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Senior Ventilation and Fire Safety Expert will be responsible for the design review, planning, and integration of tunnel ventilation systems and fire safety measures in Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for tunnel infrastructure projects. This includes ensuring compliance with national and international standards, performing technical risk assessments, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Role & responsibilities Leadership experience in handling large capacity projects Ability to manage site operations and ensure effective coordination among various stakeholders. Responsible to lead the team of discipline engineers for construction supervision and management of the respective discipline works at project site. Assign/distribute works/work areas to the discipline engineers and ensure that the process of review of the Issued for Construction’ drawings and seeking clarification based on the established procedure is followed. Necessary inputs are provided to the Planning Engineer/Team at project site for developing the construction schedule for the respective discipline Understand the requirements specified in the contract agreement of the contractors for respective discipline The engineers collaborate with the contractors for development of the detailed construction schedule/review the construction schedule, resource status submitted by contractors Stage wise inspections, are carried out, of works performed by the contractor based on the approved quality plan and necessary documentation for the inspections performed are maintained Approval of Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan of the contractors Lead site walk rounds for the respective discipline and participate in quality audits Supervise for safety to maintain a safe workplace. Ensure that the team of engineers carry out inspections of activities performed by the contractors to confirm compliance to Field HSE Specification. Highlight deficiencies to contractor through formal communication Maintain status of front availability and monitor work progress as compared to the approved schedule and highlight deficiencies to the contractor through formal contractual communications Monitor contractor’s compliance to various requirements indicated under the contract agreement. Highlight non-conformities to the contractor through formal communication and follow up for compliance Lead review meetings with Contractors Review and certify the interim and final measurement records submitted by the contractors Coordinate with the Contractors for submission of ‘As Built’ mark

Duties: The Tunnel ventilation cum E&M Expert shall be responsible for checking the designs of MEP works including tunnel ventilation design/design review and other incidental works to be constructed in the Project using sophisticated computer software. He shall be responsible for Detailed Design tunnel ventilation and other MEP works. He shall be responsible for comprehensive assessment of efficiency of all the tunnel assets. His expertise shall include computer aided design methods for Tunnel ventilation and MEP works with particular reference to long tunnels

Lead & Manage the MEP design team for comprehensive infrastructure projects (airports, metros, tunnels, large utilities). Develop holistic, integrated MEP design strategies—covering HVAC, firefighting, electrical, ELV, plumbing, & specialist system.
