Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Manager to lead our music events from concept to execution. You’ll be the bridge between artists, brands, venues, and vendors —ensuring every event we host is seamless, impactful, and memorable. Key Responsibilities 🎶 Event Planning & Execution Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end music events, gigs, and festivals. Oversee logistics including stage, sound, lighting, and scheduling. 🤝 Brand Collaboration Build and nurture partnerships with brands for event sponsorships and collaborations. Ensure brand visibility and integration in events without losing the soul of music. 🎤 Artist Management Coordinate with artists and their teams for smooth onboarding and performance execution. Manage artist schedules, hospitality, and requirements during events. 🏢 Venue & Vendor Management Identify and secure event venues that fit the vibe and audience. Manage vendor relations (catering, production, security, decor, etc.) ensuring timely and quality delivery. 📊 On-ground Leadership Supervise event staff and crew to ensure flawless execution. Troubleshoot issues in real-time with quick problem-solving skills. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of proven experience managing live music events, gigs, or cultural festivals. Strong skills in brand partnerships , artist coordination , and vendor/venue management . Passion for music and deep understanding of live event dynamics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and people skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple moving parts with ease. Why Join Us?
